Varley is a performance first lifestyle brand, creating technically innovative and fashion-forward activewear for the modern woman. Varley came to Diligent seeking a new Magento site that captured their L.A active living ethos and contemporary London style while acting as a platform to engage their growing global fan base.

To support Varley's global reach, we integrated Geo-IP location services for the US, UK and Rest of the World. Now Varley can tailor their site content per country, allowing them to engage their customers on a more personal level. Additionally, we integrated their stock sales for UK and US using ShipStation and Intermail, providing the brand with the tools to easily track their stock levels across their two largest markets.

After conducting in-depth UX research, we concluded that if activewear is designed to move, using two-dimensional product images wouldn’t trigger the emotions required to convert customers. To combat this, we developed Varley a bespoke Instagram feed, pulling their social content straight onto the product page. This solution provided customers with an easily accessible platform to see Varley’s products in action on a variety of women.
