Amanda Wakeley is a British lifestyle brand that captures the style sensibilities of its founder and creative director, Amanda Wakeley. Founded in 1990, the brand’s clean-glam aesthetic resonates with tastemakers around the globe and has been worn by icons like Beyonce, Angelina Jolie and Scarlett Johansson. Diligent Commerce worked with the brand to create a new and engaging site that feels as luxurious as their products.
To compliment Amanda Wakeley’s aesthetic, we created a minimalist and modern design, allowing their editorial photography to really stand out.
We introduced a live search option to support with product discovery. Now as the customer types, the live search populates the section with images, allowing customers to find what they are looking for quickly and efficiently.
To further enrich the user experience, we created a new sitemap, speeding up customer access to products. Originally, the site navigation was on a separate page, making the site difficult to use. Our solution was to integrate page navigation directly onto every category page, allowing customers to switch seamlessly between categories. Additionally, we added refined search features, such as shop by style, by type or by mood, providing quicker and easier methods of finding products.
